The Dock Edge Smooth Rolling Wheel is an 18 inch white inflatable dock wheel with molded-in valves and hot dipped galvanized mounting hardware.
A dock wheel does something a fender cannot. It rotates as a hull slides past, guiding the boat into a slip rather than resisting it, which is what turns a scraping contact into a rolling one. On a piling at the mouth of a slip that is the difference between a mark on the gelcoat and no contact damage at all.
Molded-in valves let the firmness be adjusted, so a heavier boat can run a harder wheel and a light one a softer one.
