Description
The Daiwa Tatula 100 with a 7.1:1 gear ratio retrieves 29.8 in of line per handle turn, a step slower than the 8.1:1 version. That makes it a strong all-around choice for crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and swimbaits, where a steady, moderate retrieve works best. It has 7 ball bearings plus 1 roller bearing and 11 lb of maximum drag.
The compact aluminum frame keeps the reel rigid, and soft-touch knobs make it comfortable through a long day of casting. Daiwa's T-Wing System lets line flow freely on the cast for longer, smoother throws. Magforce-Z cast control and the Zero adjuster help prevent backlashes.
