The Crimson Trace CMR-208S Rail Master is a compact 420 lumen tactical light for M1913 Picatinny rails. It has high, low, strobe and momentary modes. The housing is anodized aluminum.
On one CR123 battery it runs about 1 hour 5 minutes at 420 lumens and 1 hour 50 minutes on the 110 lumen low setting. Low is useful for close work without blinding yourself. Strobe can disorient a threat. It weighs 4.1 ounces and uses a CREE XPL LED in an aluminum body that's water and impact resistant. It fits rails with at least 1 inch from the recoil lug to the trigger guard. A CR123A battery comes with it.
It's waterproof to 1 meter. The compact size suits pistols as well as long guns. Check the rail type and available space before installation, especially on compact firearms with short accessory rails. Browse more hunting lights.
