The Crimson Trace LG-437 Lasergrip for Kahr P9/PM9/PM40 integrates an aiming laser into a grip assembly shaped specifically for the Kahr P9/PM9/PM40. The replacement-grip format keeps the aiming module close to the handgun instead of adding a separate rail-mounted device.

The grip-based design provides a consistent hand-contact point and allows windage and elevation adjustment after installation.
