Description

The Chaves CHUB has a 2-inch stonewashed stainless blade holder taking a replaceable utility razor blade, a black canvas micarta handle, an extended tang and a pocket clip, closing to 3.5 inches.

This is a holder rather than a knife. A standard utility razor blade drops in, which means the edge is disposable and always as sharp as a fresh blade, at a fraction of what resharpening a premium steel costs in time. Utility blades are ground far thinner than any pocketknife, so they slice cardboard, film and packaging cleanly where a thicker edge drags.

Canvas micarta grips harder as hands get damp and wears in to a smoother, darker surface over years. At 3.5 inches closed the CHUB is small enough to sit in a pocket alongside keys, and this is the Blue Label Series build. Explore more Modern EDC Linerlocks.
