The Case Mini Trapper in Amber Bone holds a satin-finished two-blade clip and spey pattern set in amber jigged bone with nickel silver bols in stainless steelters, closing to 3.5 inches, made in the USA.
The clip blade handles general everyday cutting while the spey blade's flat edge and rounded tip suits detail work and skinning tasks that a pointed blade handles far less safely. Amber jigged bone gives this piece a warm, textured handle with a distinctive jigging pattern that varies slightly from knife to knife. An inlay shield adds classic detail.
A slip joint holds each blade open through spring tension rather than a locking mechanism, the same simple, dependable system pocketknives have used for generations. The Mini Trapper brings Case's classic pattern to a smaller, pocketable size. Made in the USA. This particular colorway has held its own among collectors who specifically want a compact bone-handled Trapper. Case has offered the Mini Trapper across dozens of colors and materials over the decades. Explore more Trapper Knives.
I just turned 80 years old, and have purchased one of your most excellent knives as a birthday present to myself. It is most gratifying to examine this knife and see the same outstanding quality that impressed me when I was young. I have always regarded your products among the very highest quality, and have never been disappointed.
