Caliber 2x4-Inch Black 16-Foot BunkWrap Kit

The Caliber BunkWrap Kit replaces carpet on trailer bunks with a smooth, permanent polymer cover. This black kit includes a 16 foot roll sized for 2x4 bunks, four end caps and stainless steel mounting hardware. Four end caps cover both ends of two bunks. BunkWrap also stays cleaner than carpet, since dirt and growth don't cling to its surface.

Carpet wears out, rots and has to be redone every few seasons, and it also traps sand that grinds against the hull. BunkWrap has wash-out channels that flush sand, salt and debris away. It slides more easily than carpet, which cuts the strain on your arms, winch strap and bow eye. Caliber makes BunkWrap for raw aluminum boats, pontoons and PWCs, and it recommends against using it under gelcoat, fiberglass or painted hulls because the hard surface can scuff them. Less friction makes launching and loading easier on shallow or low-water ramps.

It mounts directly over bare wood and should not be installed over old carpet. Hook-and-loop straps in the kit hold the wrap in place while you fasten it. Rinse it with fresh water after saltwater use to keep it in top condition. Browse more trailer guides and bunks.
