Description

The Burris Handgun Scope is a fixed 2x20mm optic with a Plex reticle, finished in matte black on a 1-inch tube. Eye relief runs from 10 to 24 inches, and that range is the whole reason it exists. A handgun is held at arm's length, and a rifle scope mounted there shows a tiny image ringed in black.

Two power is a deliberate choice. Magnification amplifies the wobble of an unsupported hold, and a pistol at full extension moves far more than a rifle on a bipod. At 2x the field of view is 21 feet at 100 yards, wide enough to pick up the target quickly. The Plex reticle uses thick outer bars that taper to fine crosshairs, which pulls the eye to center without cluttering the view.

Inside, a double spring-tension system keeps the scope on zero through shock and magnum recoil. The tube is nitrogen filled to stop internal fogging in cold or rain. Adjustments move in 1/2 MOA clicks with 80 MOA of travel, and parallax is set at 100 yards. Browse more optics and rangefinders.

  • 10 to 24 inches of eye relief gives a full sight picture with the gun at arm's length
  • Fixed 2x keeps an unsupported hold steady enough to shoot well
  • Double spring-tension system holds zero through heavy handgun recoil
  • Nitrogen-filled tube stays clear inside in cold and wet weather
