Bulldog Extreme 48 in Black Scoped Rifle Case

The Bulldog Extreme 48 in Black Scoped Rifle Case is built around a scoped hunting rifle, with room for a large optic. It has 2-1/4 inches of extra-thick closed-cell padding, and a soft fur lining protects the scope and stock. The heavy-duty, water-resistant nylon shell is double stitched at the seams. Black keeps it plain and low-key. It is a good everyday case for hunting season.

The shoulder strap is removable and adjustable, and it clips on with all-metal swivels that hold up in the cold. An outside zippered pocket carries cartridges, a sling, or a bore snake. A full-length zipper opens the case wide so the rifle goes in without catching the scope. Closed-cell foam will not absorb water. Double stitching keeps the seams from splitting under the weight of a heavy rifle.

The 48-inch length suits a rifle up to about 46 inches, which covers most full-size bolt-action and semi-automatic hunting rifles. It is one of the most common case lengths for deer rifles. Measure your rifle with the scope mounted before ordering. Let the case air out after a wet hunt before you store the rifle in it. Black also shows less wear than lighter colors. Other Extreme lengths are in our firearm cases and range bags.
