Bravo Concealment Sig P365 X-Macro Right-Hand OWB Holster

The Bravo Concealment BCA Sig P365 X-Macro OWB Holster (BC10-1036) is a right-hand belt holster for the Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro. The X-Macro combines a 3.1-inch barrel with a full-size grip and a 17-round magazine, giving near full-size capacity in a slim frame. Its wider frame and different dust cover mean it will not fit holsters made for the P365 or P365 XL. Sig cut the X-Macro slide for optics at the factory, so most owners run a red dot on it.

Bravo injection molds this shell around the X-Macro specifically, so it seats with a firm, rattle-free click. A single screw adjusts the retention for a lighter or heavier draw. The top edge leaves room for a red dot, and the sight channel clears taller sights.

Wear it at 3 to 4 o'clock on a 1.5-inch belt for a natural draw. Repositioning the loops changes the forward angle to suit your draw. It is a comfortable way to carry a high-capacity pistol all day, especially in cooler months with a jacket. The X-Macro Torsion IWB is in our gun holsters.
