Blue Sea 3000 HD-Series Single Circuit Battery Switch

The Blue Sea Systems 3000 HD-Series Single Circuit Battery Switch gives On/Off isolation at 600A continuous, accepting two 4/0 cables per terminal.

This is the plain HD-Series On/Off switch without alternator field disconnect, which the 3001 adds at the same 600A rating. Where the alternator is already protected, or the switch will never be opened with the engine running, the simpler unit does the same isolation for less.

Where that cannot be guaranteed, the 3001 is worth the difference. Opening a switch on a charging alternator destroys its diodes. M12 tin-plated copper studs give conductivity and corrosion resistance with extended length for multiple cable terminals.
