Protect a small outboard while it is not in use with the Blue Performance motor cover for engines up to 3.3 horsepower. Breathable, waterproof fabric resists mildew and UV exposure. Elastic around the opening provides a close fit over the motor. Reinforced sections provide additional structure around the motor.
An internal mesh bag is designed to fit over the outboard before the outer cover is secured. A shock cord and toggle hold that mesh layer in position. The listed cover dimensions are approximately 18.1 x 9.4 x 8.7 inches. Check the actual profile of the outboard before purchasing, since horsepower alone does not determine the shape of the cowling.
The fitted outer layer helps shield the motor from sun and spray while it is stored. Allow the engine to cool before putting the cover on. The elastic opening and internal mesh sleeve can then be secured around the motor. See our Sailing Hardware selection for additional boat accessories.
