The Bennett VP1135G Solenoid Valve directs hydraulic fluid flow to the trim tab actuators, the component inside the power unit that actually routes fluid to raise or lower each tab.

It locks tightly once the tabs are set, holding them securely in place rather than letting hydraulic pressure bleed off and the tabs drift.
