Bennett BOLT Adjustable Actuator Kit - Less Tabs

The Bennett BOLT Adjustable Actuator Kit - Less Tabs is intended for a BOLT installation where usable trim planes are already on hand and the electric actuation hardware is the part that needs to be added or replaced. That makes it a practical option for repairs, upgrades, and custom trim-tab projects that do not require another set of tabs. It also avoids buying a complete system when the existing planes can remain in service.

The adjustable upper-hinge design gives the installer more flexibility when the transom does not match a simple fixed mounting angle. Because BOLT uses electric actuation, the installation does not depend on a separate hydraulic pump, reservoir, or fluid lines. Once matched correctly, the actuators provide direct tab movement for correcting bow rise, side-to-side list, and changing load conditions underway.

Before ordering, compare the existing mounting points, hinge style, electrical connections, and available transom clearance with the BOLT hardware being replaced or installed. This kit is not a complete trim-tab package by itself, so the retained trim planes and the rest of the control system must be compatible. Explore more boating.

• Best suited to repairs or upgrades where existing trim planes will be reused.
• Adjustable upper-hinge geometry helps accommodate different transom layouts.
• Electric actuation avoids the pump and fluid plumbing used by hydraulic systems.
• Compatibility should be confirmed before replacing an existing actuator setup.
