Bennett BOLT 6 x 12 Edge Mount Trim Tab System

The Bennett BOLT 6 x 12 Edge Mount Trim Tab System is a complete electric trim tab system built around 6 x 12-inch edge-mount planes and Bennett BOLT actuators. Electric actuation gives the operator direct control of stern lift without a hydraulic pump or fluid lines, making the system a clean way to correct list, reduce bow rise, and tune the boat’s running attitude.

Independent port and starboard adjustment lets the driver compensate for uneven passenger or gear loads while also changing fore-and-aft trim. Used correctly, the tabs can help the boat plane sooner, remain on plane at lower speeds, reduce porpoising, and soften the ride when chop or loading makes the hull run inefficiently.
