The Barton Marine 15 hp Outboard Motor Lifting Sling gives the crew a secure lifting point around a small outboard when moving the engine between the boat, tender, dock, or storage position. The webbing layout is shaped to resist the slipping that can occur with improvised lifting straps around an outboard cowling. Two stainless steel carabiners at the front let the sling be released quickly once the motor is safely in place. Barton Marine designed the sling for repeated use in a wet environment with durable webbing, stainless buckles, and corrosion-resistant clips.
