This Balmar kit bundles the 621-100-SV alternator with an MC-618 regulator, temperature sensors, and mounting hardware, taking the guesswork out of matching a compatible regulator and sensor set to a specific alternator.
The 621-100-SV puts out 100 amps at 12 volts through a 1-2 inch single foot spindle mount with a single deep vee pulley and isolated ground. The 1-inch Motorola-style mounting fits Westerbeke, Lehman, Hino, and Pathfinder engines, while the 2-inch Delco-style mounting covers Volvo Penta, John Deere, Perkins, Mercruiser, Pleasurecraft, Crusader, Indmar, Marine Power, and other GM-based engines.
It directly replaces the 621-VUP-MC-100-SR-KIT part number, useful for confirming an exact match against an older system being upgraded. Check out the rest of our marine alternators.
