Attwood Black LightArmor 2 NM Bi-Color Bow Light

The Attwood LightArmor bow-mounted bi-color light is a streamlined LED navigation fixture built for current marine visibility and regulatory requirements. Its optical design produces a crisp red and green signal with sharper cut-off angles so the light is easier for other vessels to interpret at night. The LED engine runs cool and is intended for very long service without routine bulb replacement. A composite exterior gives this version a low-profile finished appearance that works well on modern boat designs.

Color-indicated wiring cores simplify installation by making the electrical connections easier to identify behind the mounting surface. The sealed fixture is engineered to resist corrosion and water exposure in an open marine environment. Tell-tale indicators help the operator confirm that the light is operating without leaning over the deck to inspect the lens directly. The compact footprint reduces the amount of deck or hull surface occupied by the fixture while maintaining the required navigation function. The LED engine is rated for more than 50,000 hours of use. The fixture is designed to meet current global navigation-light requirements, including EN/ISO 19009:2015, and carries U.S. Coast Guard certification for the intended application.

• Sharp optical cut-off improves navigation-light definition
• Long-life LED engine stays cool during operation
• Color-indicated wiring simplifies installation
• Tell-tale indicator aids operating checks
• Low-profile housing suits modern boat styling

Mount the light in the correct vessel position and orientation so the designed viewing arc is not altered by hull shape, rails, or nearby equipment. Seal the fasteners and cable penetration carefully to keep water from entering the deck or hull structure. For compatible replacement parts and related equipment, browse more Navigation Lights.
