Attwood Automatic Float Switch with Cover

The Attwood Automatic Float Switch with Cover converts a bilge pump to fully automatic operation, drawing a maximum of 12 amps at 12V DC or 6 amps at 24V DC.

A compact, low-profile design mounts on any surface from horizontal up to a 24-inch angle, and a reliable, affordable mechanical switch actuates the pump motor at a 2-inch water level. Wire leads don't flex or hinge with the float the way some competing models do, and the included cover dampens bilge sloshing to cut down on pump cycling while keeping debris out.

A sealed switch mechanism resists moisture, fume-ignition, and electrical shock, and it contains no mercury, a substance listed as a health hazard and "persistent toxic substance" in over 26 states. It installs independently or directly onto the rear slots of Attwood's V-Series pump bracket, with a test knob to check pump operation, 36 inches of wire, and CE rating.
