Arisaka MCX M-LOK Side Scout Light Mount

The Arisaka Defense MCX M-LOK Side Scout Light Mount is a side-position light mount developed around the SIG MCX and other compatible M-LOK handguards. The MCX M-LOK Side Scout Light Mount is intended for a compact weapon-light installation where rail position and nearby accessories influence the final fit. This MCX M-LOK Side Scout Light Mount uses its listed interface and finish rather than a universal handguard attachment.

The Side Scout layout holds the light close to the side of the rifle and leaves space above it for laser or illuminator hardware on the top rail. Arisaka specifically uses this geometry to clear devices whose clamps or levers extend over the handguard edge. The M-LOK attachment also lets the mount work on several other compatible platforms when the rail shape provides the required clearance.

This version is worth considering when an inline or offset mount would crowd a top-mounted laser, or when the MCX handguard shape makes a side position more practical. The attached light still needs the standard Scout-pattern screw spacing used by compatible weapon lights. Planning the switch and cable route at the same time helps keep the complete lighting setup organized. Compare more hunting lights to find related mounting, support, and accessory options.
