The Ancor 47-Piece Adhesive-Lined Heat Shrink Tubing Kit has black tubing in 3/16 through 1 inch and red in 3/4 and 1 inch.

Adhesive-lined tubing is what seals rather than merely covers, and that distinction decides whether a connection survives in a bilge. Heating it shrinks the tubing while the adhesive flows and fills the gap around the wire. Unlined tubing leaves a path for moisture to wick along the conductor underneath.
