The American Defense AD-B2 is a modular quick-detach base sized for Mini ACOG optics. This version is the base itself rather than one of the B2 models identified by a specific raised height. The black finish keeps the hardware visually simple and compatible with common optic setups.

A modular base is useful when the Mini ACOG footprint is the fixed requirement and the mounting system needs to stay within the AD-B2 family. Quick-detach attachment allows the optic and base to remain together if the assembly is removed from the rail.
