The Albin Group Engine Cooling Pump is a seawater pump for Kohler 5EKD, 4EFKD, 7.5EKD, 6EFKD, 10EKD and 8EFKD generators, replacing Kohler GM63535 and Sherwood G8005.

A raw water pump is the part that kills marine generators. The impeller is rubber, it runs in salt water, and when it fails the engine overheats within minutes rather than hours. Replacing the whole pump rather than the impeller alone is what you do when the shaft, seal or housing has worn rather than just the vanes.

Albin builds these to the original dimensions and performance, so the replacement bolts into the same mounting and drives from the same coupling.
