The Albin Group Heavy Duty Bilge Pump is a submersible 12V pump rated 1750 GPH, falling to 1350 GPH at one meter of head.

The second figure is the one to plan around, and most pump ratings do not give it. Every bilge pump loses output as it lifts water. Seventeen hundred and fifty gallons per hour is the bench figure; 1350 at a meter is what it will actually shift from a deep bilge.

Head loss is why an undersized pump disappoints in service despite testing fine. A pump chosen on its headline rating and installed with three feet of lift and a long discharge hose may deliver half what the box claimed.
