CritPro accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. All orders ship from Jesup, Georgia 31545 via USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We follow the standard methods available by the United States Postal Service.
Standard shipping is $3.95 per order, which generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive at most locations. You also can choose priority shipping which takes 1-3 business days to arrive at most locations. Priority shipping cost is $7.95 per order. Stocked items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours from when you place your order. Non-stocked products usually take 3-5 business days to ship. Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday, except holidays. All packages ship with tracking to make sure they arrive safely.
We guarantee all packages arrive at the address provided at checkout. If, for any reason, the tracking shows a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement (if in stock). If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a full refund.
