Magpul X-22 Backpacker Black Ruger 10/22 Takedown Forend

The Magpul X-22 Backpacker Forend in black is the forend that pairs with the X-22 Backpacker stock on the Ruger 10/22 Takedown. Its locking interface attaches the barrel assembly to the stock body when the rifle is broken down. That keeps both halves together as one compact package. It is reinforced polymer.

It fits factory and aftermarket barrels up to 0.920 inch in diameter. The ergonomic handguard shape gives your support hand a good hold. It is reinforced polymer and made in the USA. Locking the halves together keeps the barrel from banging against the receiver inside a pack.

Standard 10/22 rifles with a fixed barrel are not compatible. Use it with the X-22 Backpacker stock. Black matches the black Backpacker stock. Find the matching stock in our gun parts and accessories.
