Description
The Magpul X-22 Backpacker Forend in OD Green is the green forend for the X-22 Backpacker setup on the Ruger 10/22 Takedown. It pairs with the X-22 Backpacker stock. OD Green suits a trail or camp rifle. Together, they make one compact bundle for a pack.
When the rifle is taken down, the forend's locking interface secures the barrel assembly to the stock. The handguard is shaped for a comfortable support-hand grip. It is made of reinforced polymer. The locked bundle slides into a pack without the two halves knocking together.
It fits factory and aftermarket barrels up to 0.920 inch. It is not compatible with the standard 10/22. Like the rest of the X-22 line, it is built in the USA. Use it with the X-22 Backpacker stock for the full system. Find the Backpacker stock in our gun parts and accessories.
