The blade's shape and edge geometry make it well suited for skinning, filleting, and other precise cleaning tasks in the field or at the cleaning table.
The rosewood handle is fitted with Grohmann's signature offset design, angling the grip away from the cutting line to keep knuckles clear of the work surface during repetitive cuts. A lanyard hole adds an option for a wrist lanyard, keeping the knife secure during wet, hands-on work.
