Magpul Hunter Lite FDE Ruger American SA Stock

The Magpul Hunter Lite Stock in Flat Dark Earth is a lighter, slimmer stock for Ruger American short-action rifles. It is built for mountain and backcountry hunters who count every ounce. It fits both Gen I and Gen II Ruger Americans. It weighs about 2.5 pounds, more than 20 percent lighter than the original Hunter.

Reinforced steel pillars run through the aluminum V-bedding block, so the action screws tighten against metal instead of polymer. An ambidextrous magazine release works for left- and right-handed shooters. The stock accepts AICS-pattern magazines. Length of pull and comb height both adjust to fit the shooter and the scope. Less weight on the stock adds up on long climbs.

Sling swivel studs come on the forend and buttstock, so you can carry it right away. Rifles that came with a factory AR-magazine stock are not compatible. FDE suits tan hunting gear. Five M-LOK slots on the forend take a bipod or other accessories. Shop more Ruger American upgrades in our gun parts and accessories.
