Hornady M2 Digital 1500-Grain Bench Scale

Hornady M2 Digital 1500-Grain Bench Scale gives the loading bench a high-capacity electronic scale for weighing powder, bullets, cases, and complete cartridges. Hornady rates it for a maximum capacity of 1,500 grains with readings to 0.1 grain. The large LCD display is designed to keep the measurement easy to read while components are being weighed.

The scale uses the same type of precision load cell Hornady employs in its Auto Charge system, but in a stand-alone bench format. Two calibration weights are included so the scale can be checked and calibrated as part of setup. Hornady also includes a metal powder pan, AC adapter, and 220V adapter with the scale.

A 1,500-grain capacity makes the M2 useful for more than verifying individual powder charges, since heavier bullets, cases, and loaded cartridges can also be weighed without changing instruments. Keeping the scale on a stable, level surface and calibrating it as directed supports more consistent bench measurements.
