The Shakespeare 15-Inch Black Whip Antenna for Sailboats is a super lightweight black VHF antenna built for sailboat racers. The 15 in end-fed, center-loaded stainless steel whip delivers unity gain. It adds almost no weight aloft.
A black L-bracket is included for mounting at the top of your mast. The connector is gold plated for good contact. It is made in one section.
It covers the VHF marine band and handles up to 25 watts. Unity gain gives a wide signal pattern that stays strong when the boat heels. Other antennas and mounts are in our marine antennas section.
