Wichard 57mm Stainless Fixed Round Marine Pad Eye

The Wichard Round Pad Eye 57mm Fixed for Marine Rigging provides a deck or hull attachment point for compatible sailing hardware. The forged metal fitting is shaped to accept a shackle, stay, or other suitable connection. The fixed eye remains in position for a standing attachment. The design is intended for installed hardware rather than temporary line clipping.

The attachment is held by its fixed mounting arrangement. The mounting surface and fasteners must be selected for the anticipated load. Suitable connection types depend on the mounting geometry and the load direction.

Check the stated mounting dimensions before drilling or replacing deck hardware. Deck reinforcement and fastener selection are part of the complete load-bearing installation. The finished mounting should leave sufficient clearance for the attached fitting. Browse more sailing hardware for related deck and rigging equipment.
