The Rough Rider Swing Blade sets an unusual double-edge stainless blade, a black stonewash-finished 2.5-inch spine-sharpened design with a matching black stonewash stainless handle with a pocket clip.

Double-edge folding blades are uncommon in mainstream cutlery, and this one, sharpened on both sides rather than just one, gives the Swing Blade a distinctive cutting character quite different from the traditional slip joint patterns elsewhere in Rough Rider's catalog, closer in spirit to a dagger than to a standard pocketknife. The matching black stonewash finish across both blade and handle gives the whole knife a cohesive, understated, all-black look, hiding fingerprints and daily wear noticeably better than a bright polish finish would.
