The 3M Peltor ComTac VIII is a professional electronic hearing defender for military, law enforcement and serious shooters. It protects against both impulse and steady noise while keeping you aware of your surroundings. Talk-through lets you hold face-to-face conversations without removing it.

Mission Audio Profiles let you adjust left and right balance, limiter release time, a volume boost of about 6 dB and an equalizer that cuts low-frequency engine noise. The rubberized headband removes easily and holds up in heavy maritime environments, and it can be swapped for helmet rail adapters. It works with most helmets.
