I’m not a fan of stainless steel knife blades. BUT, I liked the blade length and shape. For the price, I bought it to take apart to make a fixed blade decorative decoy carving knife. Undercutting some feather groups in soft wood. If you bought the knife for purposes described and know how to put an edge on a knife, you’ll like it. Factory edge sucked. Knife is as described. I have 0 complaints. I may buy another to make a “spike shave” type tool with. Blade is heavy enough for the job.
Great little fruit knife, can't beat it for the price. Timely delivery.
