Byrd knives are warranted for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials and workmanship. Misuse, alterations, improper sharpening, normal wear and tear, or use beyond intended cutting purposes are not covered.
Description
The Byrd Cara Cara 2 Rescue is a reliable, purpose-built folding knife designed for emergency situations and heavy cutting tasks. Measuring 4.88" closed, it features a 3.75" satin finish fully serrated 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade, ideal for slicing through rope, webbing, seatbelts, and tough materials. The round thumb pull allows quick one-hand opening, while the lockback mechanism provides secure blade lockup.
The bright orange textured FRN handle ensures excellent grip and high visibility, making it easy to locate in low-light or emergency conditions. Additional features include a lanyard hole for added carry options and a pocket clip for convenient EDC use.
